The pottery class offers an experience of creation and expression through the art of ceramics. The duration of the class is 2-2.5 hours and includes various stages that will cover the ceramics process.
Welcome
The class begins with a warm welcome, where participants will be introduced
to the world of ceramics and meet their instructor.
Wheel demonstration
The instructor will demonstrate the use of the pottery wheel,
explaining techniques and processes for shaping clay.
Pottery making on the wheel
Participants will have the opportunity to apply the
instructions presented during the demonstration, creating their own ceramic pieces.
Painting ceramics
Participants will explore the creative process of painting on their ceramic pieces, adding color and designs.
Glazing ceramics
The ceramic pieces will be glazed, giving them shine and durability.
Placement of ceramics in the kiln
Participants will learn the proper process of placing
their ceramics in the kiln for firing.
